Social Media is worth our time because it reaches out to people in ways traditional marketing never could! Things to remember with social media marketing:

Social media is SOCIAL - it's based on relationships. Connections are made through shared interests or personal pursuits. The MORE people you reach, the more traffic you create and the more leads you generate!
2. It increases exposure.
Posts, tweets, blog entries, video uploads and mentions all cause a significant rise in search engine rankings, which feeds the number of hits you get on your Website.
3. It creates a buzz.
Social media provides a platform for new ideas and it increases awareness and conversations about companies, products, and brands. In doing so, the media itself has gained a role in influencing people's buying decisions.

Go to the Auburn Volleyball Instagram Page. Look at their highlighted stories. We want to make keep updating our insta page to make it great and I know highlighting the starters would be a wonderful addition to our page. We will start with FALL sports.
Write down Q & A and start planning your highlight in stories. Each group will be assigned certain athletes from football, softball, volleyball, spirit cheer (includes football and basketball cheer), cross country, and competition cheer! Make sure you make your highlights interesting and informative!

7th period: softball, football, spirit cheer
